Brighter, Faster High-Resolution Displays
Modernized displays — available in 10 inches or 12 inches depending on your configuration — offer improved readability. Multicore processors support smoother panning and faster map rendering. Plus, Perspective+ initializes in seconds, so you have immediate access to frequencies, flight plan data and more.

Updated Controllers
The Perspective+ keypad features a QWERTY keyboard that provides a familiar and intuitive layout similar to many modern smart devices, making data entry and access fast and simple. The autopilot controller features larger buttons plus dedicated heading and altitude select knobs.

Auto Yaw Damper
The automatic yaw damper is engaged and disengaged automatically on appropriately equipped aircraft, reducing your workload and assisting with a smooth ride.
Stabilized Approach Advisories
Aural and visual alerts indicate unstable conditions when you’re on instrument or visual approaches, including high approach speed, vertical/lateral deviations and more.
Visual Approaches
Perspective+ adds visual approach capability, generating a 3-degree autopilot-coupled vertical flight path down to pilot-selectable minimums. You can also select vectors or straight-in for the final approach intercept — and fly a stable, precise flight path throughout your GPS-guided approach and landing.
Runway Occupancy Awareness (ROA)
ROA technology analyzes ADS-B traffic and GPS data to detect potential runway incursions by aircraft or ground vehicles. When a possible incursion is detected, ROA provides aural and visual annunciations — including highlighting the relevant runway and traffic target on synthetic vision technology and SafeTaxi® diagrams.
Flight Profile View
A Vertical Situation Display helps you monitor descents to verify that you will stay clear of terrain and obstacles. It displays VNAV functionality in a profile view referencing the active flight plan, altitude constraints such as bottom of descent, hard altitudes and step-downs on VNAV approaches.
Enroute Charts
Georeferenced VFR sectional charts and IFR low/high enroute charts give you convenient access to chart data on the flight display.

GDL® 60 Datalink
Streamline your flight prep, and enjoy your Cirrus more with the GDL 60 datalink. In flight, use GDL 60 to interface your mobile device and compatible apps with your flight deck to transfer flight plans and more. With a subscription for PlaneSync™ technology, GDL 60 automatically downloads the latest databases1 via 4G LTE cellular or Wi-Fi® connectivity to keep your flight deck updated. Plus, at journey’s end, the GDL 60 datalink securely uploads1 your flight logs, EIS data and other info to the flyGarmin.com® website for review.
GI 275 Standby Flight Instrument
The GI 275 standby flight instrument features a bright, high-resolution touchscreen that is sunlight readable and maximizes the available space with an edge-to-edge display. Plus, it provides up to 60 minutes of backup battery power.
Incursion Avoidance
SurfaceWatch™ runway monitoring technology provides visual and aural cues to help you avoid taking off or landing on a taxiway, on a runway that is too short or on the wrong runway, based on performance data entered during preflight.
Taxiway Routing
Taxi with confidence. Simply enter your taxi route into Perspective+, and see automated guidance on your 2D navigational maps and 3D synthetic vision technology (SVT™ system) depictions.
Update Your Cirrus SR Series G6 Aircraft
Select 2017 G6 aircraft already equipped with Perspective+ can take advantage of Runway Occupancy Awareness (ROA) and other new features for their cockpit through an optional software upgrade. SurfaceWatch and Taxiway Routing are also available options. Additionally, the GDL 60 datalink can now bring EFB connectivity, automatic database updates and automatic flight log offloading to eligible G6 aircraft with a PlaneSync subscription.
