Experienced Embraer Captain
Captain - Phenom 300e
Located in thriving Bloomington, IL, Synergy Flight Center is currently seeking an experienced Embraer 300 Captain to join our growing Part 135 flight department. Job Duties/Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
Conduct flights in compliance with FAA Part 135 and 91 Regulations.
Effectively collaborate and communicate with team and support staff to complete each mission collaboratively, safely, and professionally.
Maintain the knowledge and expertise to be a safe and proficient pilot.
Collaborate and plan aircraft movements with flight crews to ensure all airspace, airport restrictions, noise abatement procedures, and NOTAMS are complied with.
Provide detailed pre/post flight briefings, complete all trip-related duties and paperwork to facilitate proper invoicing and record keeping.
Be a Synergy brand ambassador. Always maintain personal integrity and an excellent reputation.
Coordinate aircraft handling with FBOs to include arrangements for fuel, catering, hangar, aircraft cleaning, after hours services, international services, or other services as needed.
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
3,500 - hours total time
1,500 – hours Turbine PIC
250 in type PIC (preferred) Recent Part 135 or 121 experience (preferred)
Hold and maintain an FAA First Class Medical
Hold an Airport Transport Pilot (ATP) Rating
Hold a type rating in any turbine jet (preferably a Phenom 300)
No recorded accidents, incidents, or violations
International experience a plus
Job Requirements
Must hold a valid passport.
Must have working knowledge of FAA regulations.
Must be able to live or relocate to within 2 hours of BMI
Must possess excellent customer relationship skills.
Must hold strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to take initiative without direction.
Must be flexible to what could be an ever-changing environment.
